Why won't my Realtek sound card behave?
I suggest you will install Vista compliant beta driver available from here. http://www.realtek.com.tw/downloads/dlac97-1.aspx

I had the same problem. After I installed Vista build 5472,5 yesterday I let Vista go for the Microsoft site that offered to install a Vista driver from Microsoft for the AC97 system Kind regards, Tony Thijs Oriolus
